Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Curriculum to lead the operational delivery of our B2B learning programs across multiple markets.
This role combines curriculum operations, program delivery, and cross-functional coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring that courses and training programs are delivered efficiently, on time, and at the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams, managing the end-to-end production process of learning programs — from planning and budgeting to launch and delivery. The role requires strong ownership of operational processes, resource planning, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, process building, and continuous improvement of the curriculum production pipeline, with the goal of significantly accelerating time-to-market and ensuring smooth delivery for B2B clients.
What you will do
- Lead a second-line leadership function, managing 10 direct reports and a department of 42 people responsible for curriculum production and delivery.
- Own the end-to-end operational delivery of B2B learning programs, ensuring courses are launched smoothly and delivered on time and at high quality.
- Lead and coordinate the curriculum production process across multiple teams including Product, Sales, Curriculum, and Engineering.
- Drive operational planning and execution to significantly reduce time-to-market for new courses and training programs.
- Manage budget planning, cost structure, and unit economics for curriculum production, including oversight of a large operational team involved in course delivery.
- Build and improve scalable processes for course development and program delivery, ensuring consistent and efficient execution.
- Work closely with B2B clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program launches and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Product leadership and Product Owners to align curriculum production with product strategy and platform capabilities.
- Translate operational needs into clear requirements for engineering and platform teams, supporting the development and improvement of learning infrastructure.
- Coordinate multi-market program delivery, adapting courses for different languages, markets, and client needs.
- Support the transition to new learning platforms and AI-powered tools, including the adoption of automated content generation and AI tutoring solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, program delivery, curriculum operations, or product operations within EdTech, Learning platforms, or HRTech learning products
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing managers, with responsibility for a large operational team
- Strong B2B experience, ideally working with enterprise or corporate learning programs
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive end-to-end operational delivery of complex programs or products
- Experience managing budget planning, cost structures, unit economics, and P&L
- Strong process-building and operational scaling experience, including improving delivery efficiency and reducing time-to-market
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating operational needs into product or engineering requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with clients and internal leadership
- Experience working in multi-market or multi-language environments
- Fluent English (B2+)
- Ability to work within the European time zone
Nice-to-have
- Experience with AI-powered learning platforms, AI tutoring, or automated content generation
- Experience with LMS platforms or learning infrastructure
- Background in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HRTech learning products
- Experience leading platform migrations or large operational transformations
- Russian language proficiency
