- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Leadership, or Sales Enablement in a performance-driven organization
- Demonstrated experience owning or significantly shaping a sales enablement strategy
- Proven experience building scalable onboarding and skill development programs for Inside Sales teams
- Experience implementing or reinforcing formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, etc.)
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled sales and enablement platforms strongly preferred
- Experience in SaaS or complex B2B sales environments preferred.
