Job Description

• Responsible for supporting product line workflows and bid procurement needs for the Stop Loss Virtual Office (SLVO) customers. • Alignment with SLVO strategy focusing on internal and external customer service. • Dealing directly with producer and service teams in the field as well as stop loss carriers. • Coordination and execution of electronic and manual processes including applications and proposals for coverage. • Provide market summaries, decision support, and analytics. • Submit complete and accurate RFP submissions. • Review marketing summary and proposals and manage workflows. • Communicate with and update producer, local service teams, and stop loss carriers. • Assist in the negotiation of proposals and lead negotiations if needed. • Present renewal marketing summary and decision support to clients if needed. • Submit and confirm final renewal terms for system accuracy and billing reconciliation. • Be a source of knowledge for designated local offices for all matters involving stop loss. • Attend required training sessions to develop up-to-date skills.
