Role Description

To fuel our growth, we are looking for entrepreneurial, purpose-driven experts who share our vision of making mental well-being direct, approachable, and impactful.

• Focus on prevention; provide guidance for everyday challenges.
• Offer planned and on-demand video consults seven days a week.
• Help clients set clear, actionable goals in each session (usually 25 minutes).
• Support clients in building skills and autonomy for independent journeys.
• Engage with a wide variety of people from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries.
• Participate in weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Farsi.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Master's degree in Psychology.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience providing 1:1 consultations after obtaining a Master’s degree in Psychology.
• Solid knowledge of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT.
• Tech-savvy, with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms and systems.
• Have a laptop/computer with Windows 11, OR MacOS Sonoma 14, AND an antivirus turned on in your device.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and open to continuous learning.
• A team player who thrives independently and takes ownership of personal and professional growth.
• A natural connector: create a safe, supportive space for clients.
• Live the "practice what you preach" mindset.
• Freelance experience is a plus.
