• Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing agreements • Provide proactive legal advice to internal stakeholders on commercial matters, risk management, and compliance issues • Ensure that Commure’s commercial practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy, intellectual property, and industry-specific regulations • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business objectives and address legal challenges
