In this role, youll partner closely with assigned advisors to support clients throughout their experience — answering questions, coordinating details, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes. What Youll Do:

  • Provide responsive support to clients through their assigned advisor
  • Answer questions and deliver clear, accurate information
  • Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation
  • Ensure timely updates and a seamless overall experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred (not required)
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
  • Must be a citizen of the US, Uk, LATAM, Spain or Australia
