Role Description
The Senior Manager, Creative leads the company’s digital and commercial design capability, ensuring creative and design are core enablers of a world-class customer experience. This role owns design quality, consistency, and scalability across digital channels and sales collateral, translating customer insight and strategy into intuitive, high-impact experiences that drive engagement and commercial outcomes. This is a senior people-leadership role responsible for defining creative strategy, managing creative leaders and practitioners, and delivering high-quality work at scale across a multi-brand, multi-industry environment.
- Lead creative across print, digital, video, and 3D renderings, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution across all customer and sales touchpoints.
- Own digital design across websites, eCommerce, email, and performance marketing channels to improve usability, engagement, and conversion.
- Own the creation of sales collateral and enablement materials, translating complex information into clear, compelling visual storytelling.
- Establish creative and design standards, systems, templates, and component libraries that enable speed, consistency, and scale.
- Leverage AI, automation, and templating appropriately to drive efficiency and throughput, while maintaining a strong human creative lens to ensure quality, originality, and brand integrity.
- Partner with Sales, Strategic Marketing, Digital, and CX teams to align design to customer personas, journeys, and business priorities.
- Act as a customer-focused design leader with a deep understanding of customer mindset, creating assets that resonate across diverse industries and use cases.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of designers; oversee external agencies and specialized partners as needed.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high-quality bar.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in design or creative leadership, with expertise spanning print, digital, video, and visualization.
- 3–5+ years of management experience, including managing senior designers or managers.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital experiences, sales collateral, and scalable design systems.
- Experience translating complex or technical content into clear, effective visual communication.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Requirements
- B2B, technology, industrial, or multi-brand experience.
- Familiarity with user-centered design, information architecture, and performance-driven design.
Physical Job Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent written and verbal communication with employees and leadership.
