Job Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
- Relevant experience is work in engineering, quality, or supplier management/auditing
- Experience evaluating/auditing the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders.
- Experience managing suppliers using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methods such as 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.
- Experience driving process improvements using Six Sigma, Lean, or other analytical tools, and presenting data to support decision-making.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
