  • Handle inbound & outbound calls related to donations
  • Speak with donors in a professional, respectful manner
  • Accurately enter pledge and contribution details
  • Follow provided scripts and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain consistent attendance and performance standards

What You Need to Know
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity (not W2 employment)
  • Certification is required before servicing
  • You control your schedule — but performance matters
  • Ongoing work is based on meeting client expectations


Requirements

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year onsite
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Ability to multitask between systems while speaking
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Technical Requirements
  • Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB recommended)
  • USB noise-canceling headset
  • Wired high-speed internet (no WiFi-only setups)
  • Dual monitors strongly recommended
  • No Mac or Chromebook devices
