We are currently onboarding independent contractors to handle inbound and outbound calls supporting donation campaigns. This is ideal for individuals who are professional, dependable, and ready to follow a structured system that works.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to donations
- Speak with donors in a professional, respectful manner
- Accurately enter pledge and contribution details
- Follow provided scripts and compliance guidelines
- Maintain consistent attendance and performance standards
What You Need to Know
- This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity (not W2 employment)
- Certification is required before servicing
- You control your schedule — but performance matters
- Ongoing work is based on meeting client expectations
Requirements
Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year onsite
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Ability to multitask between systems while speaking
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB recommended)
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Wired high-speed internet (no WiFi-only setups)
- Dual monitors strongly recommended
- No Mac or Chromebook devices
