This role is responsible for the organization, direction, and administration of aviation activities and personnel within a designated regional area, ensuring daily duties are performed efficiently and in coordination with maintenance and clinical teams. Key functions include exercising operational control, ensuring regulatory compliance, serving as a subject matter expert, and managing safety reporting and mishap investigations.

This role involves creating thought-leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) advice for clients through published research, client conversations, presentations, and meetings. The analyst will conduct research, provide guidance on selecting, deploying, and operating IAM technologies, and write clear, actionable advisory research documents.

This role is responsible for owning the strategic vision and digital product roadmap for consumer and partner-facing applications, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle including planning, resource allocation, and budgeting. Key duties involve understanding customer journeys, developing metrics dashboards, recruiting and mentoring a high-performing team, and defining the digital product operating model.

The Director will set the UX vision and strategy across the global, multi-product ecosystem, ensuring cohesive and consistent customer experiences while embedding user-centered design into the product development lifecycle. This role involves partnering with executive leaders to align UX strategy with business priorities and leading with data and research to guide design decisions and priorities.
