• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA and ECC in a live production environment • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and defects within defined SLAs • Support service requests, configuration changes, and minor enhancements • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions • Support core SAP business processes from a Finance (FICO) perspective • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and propose solutions • Translate business requirements into SAP configuration or functional specifications • Provide functional support for integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., CPI, IDocs, APIs) • Coordinate with Basis, Security, and Infrastructure teams as needed for support-related issues • Support transport management across environments (DEV, QA, PROD) • Participate in regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Maintain functional and technical documentation and post in project repository as directed by the Support Manager • Create and update training documents, SOPs, Scribe documents, cheat sheets, etc. as necessary • Support knowledge transfer within the support team
