• Being the first contact for our clients via phone, via email or via our CRM. • Design beautiful custom itineraries and provide quotations. • Develop strong customer relations through frequent communication, professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interactions. • Conduct research, surveys and personal investigation in order to effectively capitalize on our USP and at the same time evaluate competitor’s weaknesses and capabilities. • Assists in ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied with their travel experience. • Report to, and work/collaborate with the owner and the Marketing department on sales Action Items, strategies, day to day sales progress, marketing items, among other related items. • Maintain well-documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date info in our CRM in order to service the client in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable manner.
