Job Description

• Support the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives • Analyze shopper insights and trends to inform marketing strategies • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for promotional materials • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations • Manage budgets for shopper marketing initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of customer/shopper marketing or related experience
  • Experience working with Convectional Channel Retailers (Ex. Kroger)
  • Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage (natural & conventional grocers, mass-market retailers)
  • Must have a proven track record in leading/growing shopper marketing sales
  • Able to travel up to 20% to support trade events, customer calls, etc.
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including some evenings & nights
  • Interest and passion for raw foods and kombucha
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
