• Analyze program data to identify barriers to community success and ensure that Community Economic Development (CED) and Rural Community Development (RCD) initiatives are resulting in sustainable job growth and long-term economic stability. • Provide technical assistance to grant recipients, helping them navigate the complex logistics of rural water and wastewater management and the strategic planning required to launch and maintain community-based businesses. • Conduct policy and program research, evaluation studies, and performance measurements. • Assist in reviewing active grants and conducting risk assessments to determine who should be monitored. • Provide policy development support and assist in obtaining OMB clearance for certain documents. • Provide expert guidance in Community Economic Development (CED) or Rural Community Development (RCD) as required. • Ensure every technical solution leads to long-term community independence, from helping a rural town launch a sustainable small business to solving the complex engineering hurdles of delivering clean water to remote populations.
