Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program analysis, technical assistance, or federal grant oversight.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in providing technical assistance in rural community and economic development programs.
- Experience using federal reporting systems such as Grant Solutions, Online Data Collection (OLDC), or similar data collection tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Social Work, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to translate complex federal requirements into conversational and accessible training materials.

The assistant will help KindNest build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and donors by researching potential partners and drafting outreach communications. Responsibilities also include supporting donation drives, maintaining contact records, and assisting with planning community engagement initiatives.
