Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program analysis, technical assistance, or federal grant oversight.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in providing technical assistance in rural community and economic development programs.
- Experience using federal reporting systems such as Grant Solutions, Online Data Collection (OLDC), or similar data collection tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Social Work, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Ability to translate complex federal requirements into conversational and accessible training materials.
