JOB PURPOSE:

The Director of Inside Commercial & Customer Relations – Urology, provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Inside Sales and Customer Relations functions. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, elevating customer experience, and building scalable commercial capabilities. The Director partners closely with the Senior Vice President of Urology and cross-functional teams to execute business strategies, strengthen competitive positioning, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This leader also contributes to digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution to support new business acquisition and customer retention.

 

The pay range for this position is $95,680-$131,560 salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  Partner with the SVP of Urology to design, lead, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue expansion and operational efficiency.

§  Develop and execute data-driven sales plans, forecasts, and performance strategies aligned with organizational goals.

§  Lead revenue-generating campaigns to support new business conversion and retention of existing customers.

§  Maintain ownership of P&L for Inside Sales and Customer Relations, ensuring financial performance targets are met.

§  Oversee Inside Sales operations, including goal development, strategy refinement, and performance tracking.

§  Cultivate a consultative selling culture by strengthening team knowledge in urology, DME, and medical supply products.

§  Maintain strong customer relationships and develop strategies to expand the referral network.

§  Identify improvement opportunities based on market activity, customer trends, and sales performance insights.

§  Collaborate with Marketing on digital strategy enhancements, including SEO initiatives and multi-channel campaigns.

§  Work with Compliance to ensure regulatory standards, Medicare requirements, and payer policies are understood and followed.

§  Maintain strong partnership with Finance to assess compensation plans, analyze trends, and support business initiatives.

§  Serve as a communication bridge across organizational levels to strengthen alignment and drive execution.

§  Ensure all activities, reporting, and processes are carried out in strict accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

§  Promote MedSupply products while monitoring sales trends and recommending corrective strategies.

§  Implement process improvements to optimize operational workflows and team efficiency.

§  Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.

§  Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.

§  Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations.  Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

§  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

§  3–5 years of commercial management experience.

§  3–5 years of experience in healthcare-related operations, including multi-location oversight, team leadership, and strategic development.

§  Minimum five years of industry experience in medical supply and/or urology.

§  Proven experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing organizational change.
