Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional technical programs, preferably in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
- Experience with platform engineering and building scalable capabilities within an organization.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar program management systems.
- Superior problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong decision-making and risk management skills.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills, particularly in executive-facing environments.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive transformational change.
- Experience with healthcare technology is a bonus.
