Along with intakes, the specialist provides accurate and timely documentation in the EHR, consults with clinicians to facilitate referrals, and assigns care team members assignments, with other duties as assigned.

This opportunity is a great fit if you are able to balance empathy with critical thinking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. For candidates who enjoy collaboration, communication, and have an enduring commitment to cultural competence, we encourage you to apply.

  • Consult with the clinical lead to facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services outside of the organization
  • Assign care team members post initial evaluation and inform them of new assignments
  • Manage multiple priorities effectivelyManage all pre- and post-session administrative tasks, including clinical record review, benefit verification, and timely family follow-up (compensated via a single, comprehensive per-intake case rate)
  • Adhere to strict clinical timelines and complete all post-intake documentation and family communications within a 48-hour window to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology-related field (unlicensed) or certified coach with experience in mental health (ideally with case management experience)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing virtual meeting spaces (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom) for intakes and other check-ins and learning new digital platforms and tools
  • Organized and excited by a dynamic environment
  • Warm and engaging clinical style
  • Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals

Here are some of the advantages of joining the Lyra + Bend network:
