Location: Remote (Offices located on the East Coast) | Flexible Schedule
Employment Type: 1099 Contractor (No benefits)
Compensation: $42,000–$52,000 per year + performance-based incentives
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, driven individual to join our team as an Agent Success Coordinator.
In this role, you’ll work directly with our real estate agents, helping them learn and fully utilize our systems, tools, and workflows. You’ll be their go-to resource for questions, guidance, and support as they build more consistent, productive businesses.
This is not a role that requires prior real estate or coaching experience—we will train you on everything. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and communicate clearly while supporting multiple people at once.
We’re looking for someone we can train and develop long-term—not someone bringing a pre-built system or coaching style.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with agents 1:1 to guide them on using our systems and tools effectively
- Help agents navigate our CRM, transaction platforms, and workflows
- Reinforce best practices and ensure consistency in how systems are used
- Answer day-to-day questions and serve as a reliable point of contact
- Track agent progress and follow up to keep them on track
- Help create simple guides, checklists, and training materials
- Support onboarding of new agents into our systems
