Role Description

We are currently hiring for a remote Customer Service Representative position with the following details:

  • Pay: $25–$33 per hour
  • Schedule Options:
    • Full-Time: Monday to Friday (30–40 hours/week)
    • Part-Time: Monday to Friday (15–20 hours/week)
  • Location: Remote (United States)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document interactions accurately
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email platforms, or CRM tools)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a computer/headset
