We are currently hiring for a remote Customer Service Representative position with the following details:
- Pay: $25–$33 per hour

Schedule Options:
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday (30–40 hours/week)
- Part-Time: Monday to Friday (15–20 hours/week)
- Location: Remote (United States)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document interactions accurately
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email platforms, or CRM tools)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a computer/headset
