Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing large-scale social communities and leading culturally resonant brand storytelling
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively
- Passionate about the future of social media, cultural trends, and shifting audience behaviors
- Deep understanding of social-first trends and platform nuances
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and a driven self-starter
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills
- Proven success in process, project, budget, and team management
- Experience working effectively in complex global organizations with diverse constituents and competing priorities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Experience using Dash Social or other social media management platforms and tools
- Knowledge of Adobe is a plus
- Experience in social media copywriting
- Passion and interest in footwear and/or an active lifestyle is a plus
- Ability to travel for work-related events
