Job Description

• Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager team. • Collaborate closely with all departments of McKesson to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. • Lead trade show presence at multiple trade shows and conferences annually within the territory which may involve occasional weekends. • Manage sales funnel and sales process outputs, as well as accurately forecasting within assigned territory. • Set appointments and cultivate lead opportunities using multi-sourced data in collaboration with Regional Sales Manager team. • Perform other sales and company activities as directed. • Travel frequently to support industry events, as well as support internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

  • 4-year College Degree or related and equivalent experience
  • 1+ years sales experience in the healthcare space
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to working with colleagues
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task with strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience and understanding of the US healthcare environment, especially within a retail pharmacy environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com an asse
