Job Description
- Create, amend, execute, and store client legal agreements for both new and existing clients.
- Monitor, review, and evaluate ongoing legal and compliance issues affecting recordkeeping, custodial, trust agreements, and other related contracts.
- Track multiple versions of negotiated contracts, ensuring previously agreed-upon terms, conditions, and amendments are accurately incorporated.
- Maintain institutional knowledge of standard negotiated positions and ensure consistency across similar contract types.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, finance, compliance, and business units.
- Facilitate contract reviews, coordinate signature processes, respond to inquiries regarding contract terms, and provide updates throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Identify business processes requiring improvement and recommend alternative solutions to management.
- Assist in monitoring, evaluating, and modifying newly implemented processes and initiatives.

5+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator in a large corporate organization or government entity.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (including macros, merging, and other development tools).
- Strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of contractual and legal terms.
- Experience with ERISA and retirement plan agreements.
- Paralegal Certification.
- Financial services experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
