✍ Short Description:
We’re hiring a Hubspot Specialist to lead both the strategic direction and hands-on execution of HubSpot implementations across multiple client accounts and internal operations. This role focuses on managing and optimizing HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs while advising clients on best practices and platform strategy. The position requires a balance between technical execution, such as workflows, reporting, and integrations, and strategic consulting through audits and roadmap development. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple portals, and translating business needs into scalable HubSpot solutions.

💼 Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize HubSpot portals for multiple client accounts and internal operations, ensuring platform performance and usability.
Build and maintain workflows, automations, sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns across Marketing and Sales Hubs.
Configure and maintain CRM elements including deal pipelines, playbooks, forecasting tools, and lifecycle stages.
Develop reports, dashboards, and attribution models to track performance, ROI, and marketing-sales alignment.
Implement integrations with third-party tools and maintain data hygiene through segmentation, deduplication, and data management processes.
Conduct portal audits, identify improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize platform usage and performance.
💡 Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
Strong experience with workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution reporting.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM architecture, including custom objects, properties, and data modeling.
Experience implementing integrations using native connectors, Operations Hub, and third-party tools such as Zapier or Make.
Ability to build reports and dashboards connecting marketing and sales performance to revenue outcomes.
