Job Requirements
- 8+ year’s experience implementing and configuring vSphere environments.
- Experience designing, deploying and configuration of NSX and NSX migrations.
- Should have experience with microsegmentation.
- Experience designing, deploying and configuring data center networks or implementing/troubleshooting networking solutions involving LANs, VLANs, WANs, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assess existing IT environments to provide strategies for VCF consumption.
- Design, deploy and implementation of VMware vSAN clusters in a vSphere environment.
- Hands-on installation and configuration knowledge of Aria Operations, especially with dashboards and alerts, and Log Insight.
- Experience with deploying Aria Automation, configuring service catalogs, and integrating Aria Automation Orchestrator.
- Senior skills with designing, installing and configuring disaster recovery solutions using Site Recovery Manager and/or VMware Live Recovery.
- Ability to determine and resolve complex technical and operational challenges the customer may experience.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with an ability to read complex customer situations and adapt as needed.
- Mentor and manage consultants on VCF solutions.
