We’re looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Client Success team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in project management and client service. If you’re excited about luxury real estate, enjoy helping others, and love keeping things on track, we’d love to speak with you!

 

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will:

 

• Support the onboarding process by assisting clients as they begin working with Luxury Presence

• Help organize and schedule client calls, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

• Communicate project timelines and next steps to both clients and internal teams

• Gather client materials and ensure all required assets are submitted on time

• Assist with tracking project progress and keeping clients informed throughout their onboarding journey

• Work closely with Onboarding Specialists to ensure a seamless transition into their new website and marketing platform

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role (internships welcome!)
  • You thrive in client-facing roles and genuinely enjoy working with people.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • An interest in luxury real estate and digital marketing
