Role Description
A growing recruitment software company is hiring a driven Account Executive to expand its footprint across the US market. The business provides Applicant Tracking System (ATS) solutions used by well-known brands, helping companies attract, engage, and hire more effectively. With a strong product and proven success in the UK, the focus is now on scaling new customer acquisition in the US.
This is a full-cycle, outbound sales role. You'll be responsible for building pipeline, running deals end-to-end, and closing new business. This role suits someone who's comfortable creating their own opportunities, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants clear ownership over revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or New Business Sales Rep in SaaS
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong outbound prospecting experience (this is not inbound-led)
- Experience managing full sales cycles
- Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts
Requirements
- Experience selling ATS, HR tech, or recruitment software
- Experience selling into HR / Talent / People teams
- Familiarity with the US mid-market or enterprise landscape
