Overview
This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA. Must have the ability to travel to our location in East Petersburg, PA on a quarterly basis.
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee systems and manage technical projects that support various operational business units. The role involves analyzing business requirements, sourcing and evaluating solutions, recommending appropriate options, and leading the implementation and ongoing maintenance of medium- to large-scale technical initiatives. This position may require occasional travel between business locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and testing; troubleshoot escalated issues and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Analyze business needs, develop documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Source, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions; manage vendor relationships and advise on operational requirements and modifications.
- Develop and maintain expertise in operational systems and integrations by proactively driving self-learning and skill development. Take ownership of staying current with system capabilities and enhancements. Provide advanced support for these systems and serve as a liaison between Operations, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Information Systems or other applicable. (Required)
Experience
5 or more years Financial services sector with a working understanding of bank technology. (Required)
5 or more years Technical systems testing and implementation. (Required)
3 or more years regulatory/audit/compliance or equivalent experience. (Required)
Certifications
Project Management Professional. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $88,500.00 - $147,600.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
