Job Requirements
- Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)
- Proven experience as a Product Manager overseeing custom software development projects.
- Strong ability to define product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management for enterprise or mission‑critical systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendor or contractor teams and evaluating delivery against requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including data‑driven decision‑making.
