Job Description

• Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Analytics Engineering to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy. • Build and scale dashboards and data pipelines provide actionable insights for sales leadership and sellers. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across core datasets powering dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting. • Drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models. • Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. • Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
  • 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases
  • 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus
  • Strategic and analytical capability: Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Winning Mindset: Proactive, ambitious, practical and gets results with urgency
  • Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.
