Job Description

• Clarify customer requirements and assess technical, economic, and scheduling feasibility • Develop system concepts, perform system design, and prepare comprehensive technical proposals in collaboration with specialist departments • Identify, evaluate, and manage technical, commercial, and scheduling risks • Prepare and manage internal approval and decision-making processes • Conduct technical clarifications and negotiations with subcontractors and partners • Provide reliable technical support to customers throughout the entire sales cycle • Contribute to the ongoing development of product and system solutions and explore new customer applications and market opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy, and microgrids, with strong knowledge of customer use cases, industry standards, and regulations
  • Proven experience with EPC BESS and/or hybrid projects (e.g. solar + storage)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB and Simulink
  • Independent, structured, analytical, and proactive working style
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding regional business trips and project assignments
