Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 1-3 years’ experience in public accounting or private industry, with progressive responsibility. Experience with government contractors strongly preferred. Prior CPA firm experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Unanet required or strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Bill.com, Expensify, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across diverse client accounts.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to being a collaborative team member.
