Job Description
Who We Are
Launchpad Technologies Inc. is a global technology partner connecting top talent with high-impact projects across North America and beyond. We specialize in Staff Augmentation and product development, helping companies scale with agility while empowering professionals to grow in meaningful, remote-first environments.
The Opportunity
Most companies are experimenting with AI, but very few are doing it well. We’re working with European SMEs that don’t need hype... they need clarity, strategy, and execution. That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is not a “build models in isolation” role. You will:
- Sit with founders and executives and identify where AI creates real value
- Lead AI audits (readiness, use cases, competitive landscape)
- Turn insights into clear, actionable roadmaps
- Help teams move from ideas → MVPs → real implementation
- Advise on LLMs, RAG systems, and AI architecture decisions
- Challenge assumptions and bring an external expert perspective
What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
- 5+ years in AI / data / tech consulting or product
- Understanding of both how AI systems work and how businesses make decisions
- Ability to explain complex topics in a way that non-technical stakeholders act on
- Ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on exposure to: LLMs, RAG architectures, AI product workflows
Nice-to-haves
- Experience advising startups or SMEs
- Exposure to GDPR / EU AI Act / compliance topics
- Background in consulting or strategy roles
Why You’ll Love Working at Launchpad
- 💻 100% remote from anywhere
- 💸 Competitive compensation in USD
- 🧠 Training allowances for upskilling
- 🌍 Work with global teams and top-tier clients
- 🖥 Home-office hardware setup
- 🏖 PTO for recharge and balance
- 🫶 People-first culture built on trust, autonomy, and impact
