**This role can be remote (preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone)**
Join our team as Marketing Communications Manager supporting our Education and Workflow Solutions (EWS). As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
- You actively engage with Marketing teams and business lines early in the planning process, ensuring that MarCom initiatives align directly with business objectives and customer needs.
- You develop and execute on agreed upon timelines and continuously optimize integrated digital, omnichannel campaigns based on data to increase customer engagement and provide Marketing Qualified Leads.
- You share performance metrics as well as industry trends including recommendations with key stakeholders on a regular basis and guide decision-making.
- You develop customer-centric and searchable messaging that allows quick adaptation of regulatory-approved content to different channels and audiences, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- You establish a regular review process with the Marketing Manager to update and refine sales assets based on user feedback and performance metrics. You also increase the visibility and accessibility of these assets through targeted training sessions and enhanced ONE Library categorization.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- You bring over 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in healthcare marketing communications.
- You have experience in working in a highly matrixed, global organization.

The base pay range for this position is:
$98,140 - $134,937Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
