The specialist will manage customer payments and transactions by posting payments, creating invoices, maintaining customer files, and drafting correspondence for past-due accounts. Key duties also include researching discrepancies, reconciling accounts receivable with the Accounting Manager, and assisting with monthly billing statements.
The Associate will generate and deliver accurate customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging, and proactively outreach to customers regarding outstanding balances. They will also apply customer payments daily, communicate with customers on billing issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure billing accuracy.
