Role Description
Agility 360 is searching for Escrow Coordinators for a 4-6 month contract with our client. The Escrow Coordinator will be tasked with a variety of duties and responsibilities as driven by work orders from internal departments and/or division partners. Position requires detailed knowledge of operation processes in a variety of risk management products. Coordinator will demonstrate expert knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures to resolve work order requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while meeting and exceeding quality, quantity and service level standards. Work order requests will include execution of corrective actions, short-term service projects, and staffing supplement for peak volumes/holidays. The Escrow Coordinator will deliver excellent customer service for clients by maintaining consistently high standards and modeling a passion for service.
Essential Job Functions
- Analyze loan level files and policies and procedures on behalf of Allied and our clients.
- Review and analyze servicing reporting for escrow advances, lender placed insurance, and fee research.
- Accurately verify, key, and/or memo insurance information in relation to all escrow product/coverage types (windstorm, hazard, wind, Flood).
- Update loan history based on research and documentation received (either written or verbal).
- Accurately compose written information for loan histories.
- Gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results.
- Thoroughly understand Hazard forced placed certificates, procedures, and consequences of not following the correct processes and/or procedures.
- Maintain a knowledge of escrow servicing regulations to maintain compliance with Federal, State and agency specific guidelines.
- Call outs 20%.
- Website verifications.
- Understanding reading of insurance history on loans.
- Understanding what causes Borrower/Lender frustrations.
- No assumptions - must ask questions in teams chat.
- How to key Premiums Due - Knowing Remittance to select.
- Consequences for not keying Premiums accurately.
- Nimble - Able to multiple task, switch assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.

Physical Requirements
- Position requires all forms of dexterity/mobility which may include extended periods of sitting/standing.
- May occasionally require to reach with hands and arms, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more.
- May be required to drive for business purposes and must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with local or state requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy, or distracting environment.

- Short-Term Contract Role with a Growing Company.
- Location: REMOTE.
- Hourly Pay Rate: $20.
- Shift: 7:30 am - 4 pm CST.
- Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background check.
