Job Summary: This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end administration of commission and incentive plans for business development and growth teams. The work is highly analytical and detail‑driven, combining hands‑on calculation and validation with process improvement, documentation, and system enhancements. The analyst partners closely with Total Rewards, HR, Finance, Growth, and Data & Analytics teams and serves as a point of contact for plan participants.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, cyclical work, values accuracy and compliance, and is comfortable operating in evolving environments.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate, validate, and process commission, bonus, and incentive payouts on a quarterly cycle
- Maintain eligibility rosters, plan documentation, and audit‑ready records
- Perform detailed data reviews, reconciliations, and compliance checks
- Prepare payout summaries, reports, and communications for stakeholders
- Respond to participant questions by clearly explaining calculations and plan mechanics
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Growth teams on plan alignment and budget considerations
- Support new incentive launches, including growth‑based SPIF programs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, documentation, and automation
- Participate in incentive system selection and enhancement efforts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting commission, bonus, or incentive compensation programs
- Strong understanding of variable compensation structures and payout cycles
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Experience working with large datasets and manual calculation processes
- High attention to detail and experience handling confidential information
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Experience with incentive or commission management platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ)
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365, Power BI, or reporting automation tools
Work Environment
- Minimal travel (estimated under 5–10%), primarily for firm events such as team meetings or occasional implementation needs

The estimated base pay range for this role is $66,000 - $89,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
