The Research and Evaluation Manager will oversee new activities to study the organization's work for gaining insight, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and translating results for various audiences, ranging from developing research priorities to coordinating with external researchers. This role involves leading research agenda formulation, designing rigorous studies, conducting independent data analysis, and serving as the primary liaison for external researchers.
