Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with commercial transaction experience, preferably in the logistics space
- Significant experience negotiating, drafting, and solving issues for various types of commercial contracts, including those relating to warehousing and logistics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environment
- Logistics experience preferred; in-house experience preferred
- J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar.
