• Review vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization • Assign appropriate general ledger (GL) codes based on expense type and chart of accounts • Accurately enter and import invoices into the accounting system • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies by partnering with internal teams and vendors • Collect and review employee credit card expense reports • Reconcile monthly credit card statements and identify discrepancies • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account updates
