    • Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to define and set the strategic direction and growth objectives.
    • Review contract risk and general construction risk, providing mitigation strategies.
  • Core Project & Portfolio Management
    • Provide executive-level oversight for our core construction management portfolio, ensuring high quality construction management and inspection deliverables within the following sectors:

    • Establish unified CM culture, systems, and expectations across acquired companies.
    • Identify and nurture future CM leaders in newly acquired markets, building a deeper and more distributed leadership bench.
  • Business Development & Strategy
    • Develop and execute strategies to secure a strong pipeline of future work and expand market share within new geographies and market sectors.
    • Represent the construction management practice externally across regions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a professional engineering license is a plus.
  • Senior construction management leadership experience, ideally with oversight of multi-region or multi-office operations.
