Job Description
Role Description
Dripify is entering a new stage of growth — and content is one of the core drivers of our brand, our demand generation, and our category creation. We’re looking for a Head of Content who will architect and lead our entire content ecosystem:
- YouTube as a primary brand awareness + inbound lead generation channel
- Lead-gen webinars
- A unified content system that compounds over time
This role is strategic + operational. You’ll set the vision, build the team, create systems, and run a high-output, high-quality content engine across multiple channels — while still being hands-on where needed. You will shape Dripify’s voice, define our narrative in the market, and partner closely with Growth, Product, and Sales to drive measurable impact.
This is a remote-first, high-impact role with cross-functional visibility and direct influence on pipeline, activation, and category leadership.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in content marketing/editorial/brand content roles
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS (fast-growing and/or product-led is a strong advantage)
- 2+ years in a leadership/manager role (team lead, manager, head of content)
- Strong creativity-first mindset with the ability to develop fresh, standout concepts that cut through noise
- Proven ability to build and execute content strategies that drive measurable outcomes (pipeline, activation, organic growth)
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends, build hypotheses, and optimize content
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress): publishing workflows, content hygiene, basic on-page practices
- Hands-on experience in building and optimizing the inbound lead generation flow (content → CTA → landing page → capture → nurture → SQL)
- Clear YouTube competence: series-based thinking, hooks, retention, packaging (title/thumbnail), production workflows, repurposing
- Ability to lead and scale a hybrid content team (writers, designers, motion/video, agencies)
- Strong project management: cadence, prioritization, systems, quality gates, delivery without sacrificing creativity
- Ability to supervise and mentor content creators, providing direct, constructive feedback and raising the bar
Requirements
- Own Dripify’s end-to-end content strategy and execution roadmap aligned with marketing and product goals
- Build a scalable content operating system: briefs, workflows, editorial standards, QA, planning cadence, and SOPs
- Lead YouTube as a growth channel: define pillars, formats, series, and production workflow
- Own YouTube performance: packaging (titles/thumbnails), retention, watch time, CTR, and conversion into lead capture
- Launch and scale lead-gen webinars: topic selection, speaker strategy, landing pages, promotion, attendance, follow-up, sales handoff
- Build repeatable webinar-to-content repurposing pipelines (clips, recap posts, email assets, sales collateral)
- Architect and optimize content-driven inbound journeys: content → LP → capture → nurture → MQL/SQL
- Drive CTA strategy, landing page messaging, lead magnets, and nurture content
- Partner with SEO and the current content specialist to build topic clusters, improve rankings, update content, and increase conversion quality (not just traffic)
- Connect SEO with YouTube and webinars via a unified topic strategy and systematic repurposing
- Manage and scale internal creators and external vendors (writers, designers, motion/video, agencies)
- Ensure brand voice, messaging, and tone are consistent, differentiated, and high-quality across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with Sales to create and improve sales enablement content (case studies, one-pagers, sequences, battlecards)
- Work with Product to translate features into clear, compelling messaging across content channels
- Build dashboards to track content performance and make data-driven decisions (double down vs deprioritize)
- Run content experiments: hypothesis → test → learn → scale
Benefits
- 100% remote position, providing flexibility and work-life balance
- Competitive salary reflecting your skills and expertise
- 24 days of paid vacation per year to recharge and relax
- 10 days of paid sick leave
- Educational opportunities
- Compensation budget for medical and hobby/sport expenses
- Generous budget for birthdays and anniversaries
- Online and offline team events
- A collaborative and innovative work environment with passionate team members
