Role Description
The Associate Project Manager, Enterprise Project Management will assist with managing a portfolio of projects to support our exciting development of new products from conception to launch; including design, testing, packaging, and manufacturing.
The APM will work on the project management team and liaise with various levels and departments across the entire organization to ensure that these collaborative and interactive projects move forward. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including:
- Category Management
- Global Sourcing
- Quality Assurance
- Packaging & Branding
- Manuals
- External Vendors
is a critical aspect of this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with Project Manager and Project Management Director to:
- Assist with project and program planning, organization and management.
- Assist with project maintenance, revisions and issue resolution.
- Assist with development of presentation material for meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to proactively manage tasks.
- Analyze and resolve project roadblocks and communication within projects.
- Manage Vendor communication for packaging and manuals proof collection tasks and revisions.
- Optimization of timing between product, packaging and manuals; ownership of end to end timing of internal approvals for manuals and structural packaging.
- Build and maintain reports as specified by Project Managers, Project Management Directors.
- Assist with projects and system administration for PM team as needed.
- Evaluate and escalate project risks / delays to the project manager.
- Ensure critical information is accurate and consistent for various teams.
- Assume other duties and PM responsibilities as needed or assigned by manager.

- The anticipated salary range for this position is $69,500 – $104,200 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
- This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
