Job Description

Role Description

Dripify is looking for a People Partner — the one who keeps our teams happy, growing, and moving fast. You’ll own the full employee journey — from pre-onboarding and onboarding, to performance check-ins, career growth, engagement, and offboarding — making sure everything runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll streamline processes, keep our HR systems on point, and make work life just a little bit easier for everyone.

You’ll also be the go-to person for coaching, guidance, and practical solutions, helping managers and teams navigate challenges like a pro. Your work will shape a culture that’s collaborative, accountable, and actually fun to be part of — because great teams don’t just happen, they’re built.

If you love making people’s workdays better, can handle a fast-paced SaaS environment, and aren’t afraid to get things done with a little flair, we want you on the team.
