- You will own and drive delivery of large, complex programs that directly support Pax8’s long‑term strategy.
- You will bring clarity, focus, and measurable progress to initiatives that span teams and functions.

- Build and maintain clear project plans with goals, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure programs align to organizational strategy and intended outcomes.

- Recommend improvements and adjustments to remove barriers and optimize results.
- Collaborate with executives, leaders, and steering groups to align goals, decisions, and priorities.
- Build relationships by understanding stakeholder needs, perspectives, and challenges.
- Create a predictable rhythm of communication and reviews to maintain alignment.
- Tackle complex strategic problems with limited definition and create clarity where it is needed.
- Identify risks early and create mitigation plans to protect timelines and deliverables.

- Seven or more years of experience leading complex strategic projects or programs.
- Three or more years in strategy, operations, or transformation roles within consulting or similar environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise‑level initiatives with high complexity.
- Strong presence and confidence when communicating with senior leaders.
- Proficiency with structural project methodologies and tools such as project planning, workflow management, and iterative delivery approaches.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with data insights, interpret performance metrics, and drive decisions.
- Experience managing budgets, risks, and change at a program level.
