Job Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong agent client base through effective marketing and relationship management. • Focuses on acquiring new agents, supporting existing agents, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. • Collaborate with regional management and legal counsel to ensure proper agent management and compliance. • Build and maintain client relationships; secure new business and expand existing accounts. • Identify and qualify prospective agents through research, referrals, and industry sources. • Develop and execute a strategic call plan for assigned territory, including outreach and appointments. • Maintain visibility in the market by attending industry events and participating in professional organizations. • Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, adapting content as needed. • Assess client needs and implement tailored solutions to meet objectives. • Communicate proactively and respond promptly to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of successful experience in title or real estate industry
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
