Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in account management, including experience in the medical device industry required.
- Proven success in managing OEM accounts or serving as a supplier to medical device companies.
- Strong understanding of medical device design, development, and clinical applications.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and multi-functional customer engagement.
- Deep knowledge of market dynamics and ability to translate customer needs into actionable growth strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a self-directed, fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

The role is responsible for developing sales within the SLED organization in an established geographic territory, driving sales and growing the territory through the sale of complex technical solutions. Essential duties include identifying new opportunities via cold calling and networking, hitting revenue targets, managing customer relationships post-sale, and developing strategic account plans.
