The Field Service Engineer is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through strong communication, problem-solving, and a positive attitude while proactively managing customer accounts. This role involves proposing process improvements and managing a diverse technical product portfolio supporting customers in the Midwest and Central US states.

The primary duties involve identifying and marking the Company’s underground infrastructure accurately according to state law and tier 1 requirements, using mobile tablets to manage excavation notices and documentation. This includes operating electronic detection equipment to locate facilities and responding to notices during and after normal hours.

This manager will provide oversight and coordination for service activities in New Mexico and El Paso, Texas, managing the growing installed fleet and Field Service Technicians tactically and strategically. Responsibilities include setting employee goals, developing staff, coordinating technical support for complex repairs, and reporting maintenance issues to relevant departments.
