Role Description
We are seeking a Sr. Developer to be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative software solutions, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. You will need to have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior developers in their technical growth.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific/technical discipline.
- Additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the required education.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Experience with modern development frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Tech Stack required for this position:
- Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.js, React
- Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD, Terraform

- Knowledge of Splunk, ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Okta, Ping Identity, VA IAM services, FedRAMP compliance requirements

Working Conditions
Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
