Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy, copywriting, or ad production role focused on static ads for DTC/e-commerce brands
- A portfolio or work samples that show strong headline writing, ad creative strategy, and research-driven thinking
- Deep familiarity with Meta ad formats, Meta Ads Manager, and the Meta Ad Library, including how high-performing static ads are structured
- A sharp research instinct.
- The ability to articulate why an angle will work before it's tested.
- The ability to write clear, scroll-stopping copy.
- Strong quality taste.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment where output matters as much as quality
- Experience with consumer research methods (review mining, competitor analysis, community listening) is a plus
